I was not highly satisfied because even though I did not need the full amount, I feel like I definitely should've been offered more for my 14k gold wedding set with a huge diamond. Also the staff wasn't too enthusiastic.

Signing are not showing fir cost of dvd's. Signs says 99 cents and at the counter, I'm told differently although I have purchased those dvd's before at 99cents. Not happy at all

The customer service was terrible. The staff acted as if they had something better to do and one cheated me out of some merchandise that intended to get. She was not very knowledgeable about certain things and didn't care to ask for help.
