Everything about this location sucks

I pulled in to get gas. The pumps all had vehicles getting gas. When one came open I parked and attempted to get gas. The pump declined my Shell gas gift card of $50.00 and advised me to call card services. I did and the lady did help me, but I had to go to another pump. While trying to do this there was a lunatic truck driver that almost hit me and then another car. Then to my surprise the passenger in the SUV next to me started cussing me out and was very ugly. Apparently, she was behind me at the first pump and felt inconvenienced. Her driver never said a word. The passenger appeared to be intoxicated. Everyone could hear her.
