Gas pumps weren't working

Out of gas when we stopped and then the lady behind the counter was slow and rude. Had to go to another gas station to get when we needed.

Bathroom was filthy

the gas pump wouldn't take my card and it said please see cashier so instead of a simple get gas and go I had to go inside and she said that some of the stations are finicky and make you come inside or something like that, and I really think that needs to be fixed, I don't want to have to inside every time to just get gas.

Gas pump was running very slowly. My car holds 17 gallons and it took 20 minutes to fill it up.
