We had terrible customer service, explained that it was our first time to Las Vegas, and they seemed to be out out helping us. We had to get our room changed three times, due to smoking in the non smoking room and dirty rooms. Not happy with the service at all!

The elevators were slow and some out of order. Ordered extra glasses and towels and never received them.

The restaurant was very good and tasty. Service was a bit on the slow side. Were attending a show but there was no signing as to where the atrium roomwas located! After walking everywhere we finally asked for directions.

Rooms are outdated and a feel dirty. The atmosphere of the theme is great but the rooms do not reflect it

This is the first time we had such bad experience usually luxor is good they did not reach their high expectations to check in was 45 minute wait then the room we got was a diasbled room very dirty but we stood not to have to wait for another room

Old casino...can't compete with the newer casinos. Went to Lax nightclub and it's overly high priced for no reason...club was empty and not enough staff cleaning up the mess people make (spilled drinks, empty cups) not a good look!

Horrible. Everything closed early! Without telling guests of "holiday" hours. Ruined my entire Vegas trip! The worst experience. I will never stay here again. I am a high level mlife member as well and this was an insult!
