the employee shai who works there is unbelievably rude. she should not be working at a job like that. Every time I go there I walk out feeling bullied and terrible about myself. she curses loudly while I'm trying to check out and she is very short and sarcastic any time I ask a question

The clerks as rude. I purchased a hot chocolate and there were no lids.
