very rude and unfriendly staff!

This is the 2nd time this has happened where I put my fuel rewards. Card in 1st & I don't receive my discount. I had to go into the store to get my receipt printed and I asked the clerk. He stated @ my receipt and said, "oh I guess it didn't give you your discount." I'm going to stop going because of this. This is ridiculous.
