Great staff

Gorgeous view of lake front on one side and a quiet place on the other... Very pleasant

2 day stay for a long weekend.

Went there for the nail salon

It was a good stay. I wish there wasn't an extra cost to get a lake view room, and I wish Whenever Whatever had been quicker to fulfill a simple request I had.

Great location fun atmosphere.

The bat and lounge is not as nice as in other W's

Overall lackluster stay... Room service order was lost in the app and the menu was obsolete, which would be ok if it wasn't the main advertised avenue for ordering room service. (The staff did do a great job of service recovery on that point when they realized what happened.). Room air conditioner died during the night, so the room was hot and muggy during the night and into the morning. (Things break, but those old through-the-wall units look and sound older than dirt.). Bathroom shower curtain smelled moldy, the closet had holes in the wall and furniture, and scuff marks all over the walls. Elevator service was painfully slow as well.
