Even though there was only one employee working resulting in a long line, this employee was diligent in working quickly and accurately. He never lost his positive attitude even when faced with such a monumental challenge. However, I would like to point out that it reflects poorly on upper management and/or owner to have only one person scheduled to work alone knowing it's a holiday and they would be one of the few places in town open.
