friendly staff

Had a lizard in our room they were very very slow to remove. Bathroom floor dirty. No yogurt, fruit or healthy options at breakfast.

Rooms were clean eccept for elevator area which was dirty and old looking

Good place for the price, have to change room because when I get there it was a flood on the room. Then they change me to another one

The room was nice

The hotel was fine and we had a decent stay. I have to say I am not impressed by the hidden fees after check in. The added fees (taxes and resort fees) should be up front when on an app like Hotwire. Also, fix your workout equipment. It's probably been broken for weeks if not months. When you have 5 pieces of equipment and two are out of order, that puts a lot of limitations on guests.

Great price and good hotel but staff not friendly at all and Internet never work
