It was quick transaction for me. I needed gas and it was the closest gas station. Normally get gas at Kroger.

The Plenti program was why I went out of my way to purchase Exxon and the station was both unable to let me use my points to pay or get points for purchasing gas. I won't use the station in Flowery Branch Georgia on Winder Highway EVER again.
