I had to wait on the clerk to close out her register for shift change and she could've called for someone else to come and help, but she didn't. She not only made us wait for her to count the money, but we also had to wait for her to fill out the paperwork and put the paperwork in an envelope and then she decided to close out the lottery for her shift change, which I feel could've waited until after she waited on the four people that were standing in line and waiting for her to do this. She did not apologize for the wait, just simply said it would be a few minutes because she had to do a shift change.
