Nice family place

It is too expensive.

Elephant exhibit is not large enough. They are stuck inside a concrete area that is no bigger than my east Memphis backyard. They should have more room to roam and actually enjoy being contained somewhat. It's not fair!!

Great place to bring family

Great zoo.

My children love the zoo and we currently have a family membership. Last night was Member's night, so we enjoyed this last Member's night of the year! It wasn't really crowded and we were able to ride the monorail for free. We love being members of the Memphis Zoo. It's an awesome zoo and membership has awesome perks!

I enjoy visiting the zoo with the kids I nanny. However, I do not find that the semi new elephant exhibit is large enough. Especially since across from the elephants are just some birds that have a space double the size of the elephants. Elephants are becoming a subject that the public are becoming more concerned about. I do not find this exhibit large enough; not true to their natural habitat. Also, the food choices are not good!! Please, get a well known restaurant to come in. Much like how back yard burger use to be there. There is a Jason's deli in the children's museum. Come on, we are one of the best zoos, step it up in the food quality!!

Love the memphis zoo!!

This is my second time visiting the zoo in the last year. Very impressed with ground maintenance. Exhibits are nice. The polar bears were not to be seen either time I visited.
