The people hang up on you on the "whatever, whenever" line. We called three time to have a luggage rack brought up. No one ever brought it up to our room. Some of the staff were very rude as well.

Over priced and under deliver

Food is just too expensive. Service did not match the price. Took a long time, some people never got food, etc. I came because I attended a pre wedding dinner. I did not want to spend $50 on just myself.

I felt as is if I paid for more than I received on this visit. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels that still had a clean room- yet they provided free wi-fi and other simple amenities.
