I normally go to the 7-11 by my house which has awesome service but I was at school studying late and decide to stop and grab a bite to eat on my way home since I had a coupon. Well to make a long story short the guy at the register was really nice, it was the manager that I had an issue with. I had trouble with my coupon because they rung my stuff up wrong but nobody noticed it until I finally said to forget it and I'll just pay for everything. Needless to say her attitude was very rude and I personally think she needs to work on her customer service skills. I understand that she was probably tired because it was late and the store was busy but at the same time you chose this job not me, your job is to be friendly and nice and to see that my needs were met. I'm not normally one to complain nor am I a rude customer but when I experience service like this I feed off the energy which is really not a good thing, but I just feel that you are there to do a job if you don't like it then find another one because people could see that you truly hate your job.
