I wish we could earn more rewards and bonuses

The reservation was made by the bookkeeper at the business I work. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I gave the necessary paperwork, but was told the account holder would have to be present for me to check in. The account holder was in another city, so these were details which should have been discussed at the time of the booking. All worked out in the end, but all inconveniences that could have been avoided as well as 30 minutes which were wasted.
