Very good museum. Needs to be bigger because it was very crowded and you could not look at all the pictures because there was too many people

Not enough standing room....too crowded. People are herded in like cattle!! And the ear phones are not sanitized between uses!!!

We enjoyed visiting. We did the audio tour but sadly, the exhibit signs were in no kind of order so I was often stuck in between tracks looking for the next exhibit number. They should be in a more logical order. It hindered our visit. Otherwise we thought it was a tasteful, respectful museum with lots of information about the Kennedys, the fateful day JFK was assassinated, and the events proceeding his death.

The lady that sold us tickets was a bit rude and impatient. But the facility was clean and the tour was very well done.

Very well-laid out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tour was self-made and lots of information provided.

Took my 11-year old cousin from New Mexico for the first time. She loves history and loved being here. Thank you for the education.

There were a lot of lines just to get back inside the museum. It was clean and well organized but it was incredibly crowded.

Interesting and informative. Very crowded. Hard to see all exhibits.

Overall it was good but we did notice discrepancies between the audio recordings & what was depicted at the individual station boards and especially the photographs. Also it was somewhat distracting trying to listen to the audio recordings while the videos were being played at the various stations. The museum itself is good; however, these were things that our group of six discussed following our visit and all concurred.

Great museum, just need to get Jessie Ventura off the audio tour, that guy is a nut case and an embarrassment.
