Very friendly, but a dog was barking the whole afternoon on the 10th floor. Should have 1floor designated for pets, they shouldn't be allowed in all rooms all over the hotel!

I was not happy with my stay. This sheets on my bed were dirty and it took the cleaning staff an hour to come change them.
