Slurpee's type of day

Loved the slurp pies as a kid, then they moved in it now they are back in my state

Can't live without my daily slurped, I remember when 7/11 was in the syracuse area back in the 70's , my mom and I got a slurpee back then. It was a very hot summer day so we took a big gulp and both got a massive brain freeze, we laughed so hard that day. We hadn't laugh in so long because we were grieving the loss of my dad. So slurpeies seem to become a comfort drink for us. Since my mom passed in 1/4/13 the first thing u did was to get a slurpee and sucked it down so fast..... Got that major brain freeze, I started laughing so had and then I cried so hard. The manager at the store thinking something was wrong with the drink.... My response was yes I having it without my mom

I was surprised that they had store brand cough syrup.

It was fine. One employee just wanted to go home and that was how he treated the customers, but the other was really nice.
