Too crowded and long wait times

Went to Horror nights, I know it's a special event but the prices are getting out of hand and the prices for food and beverages are out of this world. That is a big problem. They charge $76 per person to get in the park then $4 per soda and we are forced to buy everything in park because nothing is allowed from outside the gate. I also paid $6 for pop corn. Universal as a whole gets everything super cheap then turns around and rips the guest off for charging so much. It's getting to the point where people can't afford to go places. To top that off they want to charge $130 additional per person for express passes to expedite lines. That's $206 per person to get in plus $20 parking and food and beverage. To some people that would be a whole paycheck for one night of entertainment. Something should be done about this.

Wonderful place to visit...food was extremely expensive as you would expect and tasted so so. Staff was al wonderful

Good but the security sucks

Business catering is good. Excellent traffic movement.

We always have a great time. I wish they would publicize when they shut down the whole city walk strip. Just a little heads up would be nice. We had nothing to do for 3 hours.
