The crowds were kind of ridiculous. HHN is one of my favorite events but it's becoming to crowded. I would love to see new techniques to lower this problem. If not I can't promise I'll keep coming back.

Long lines Atenciosamente Halloween Honors night!!! Expensive foods! No options for less price to eat!!! I m very sad with Universal! And Cabana bay dont have a portuguese language for consumers services on tel inside room. Wow! With a lot pf brazilians soending their money there ots really weard they prefer keep like french language instead portuguese ( Brazil) options on tel menu!!!!
