So wrong that they charge $119/person on top of the $90/person ticket for the cut in front of the line pass. At least Disney is fair and doesn't just care about the ones that are wealthy enough to afford it.

Lines were super short. I was disappointed with the food. Spent $12 on my meal for an entree and the portion was ridiculously small. The bathrooms were also quite dirty.

Employees were rude on multiple occasions, especially in the wizarding world. As a pass holder we expected better treatment but we ended up leaving early.

Universal was a great park, though most of the rides were just simulated things, it was still fun! The wait times posted outside each ride were nice to have but sometimes misleading, as one roller coaster I went on said the wait time was 20 mins & ended up being an hour or more. The food was overpriced in most places, which was annoying. Overall it was well maintained and it was a worthwhile trip.

The park was clean and orderly. There was plenty of shade throughout the day and the lines were manageable. I felt the quality of the food was lacking significantly, especially considering the price. Overall, though, a great experience.
