Universal is a pleasant place. We prefer the characters that they feature -- Spider-man, Harry Potter, The Simpsons -- to the ones that Disney has.

Staff outside of Harry Potter area and entrance are not the friendliest compared to other parks in the area but I go for the attractions and I love them

They opened the park to is for an event. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Some of the rides were fun, some out dated. The lines were way too long!

Lots of fun, but waaay too long in lines. We spent 45 minutes just in line to get tickets to get in the place. I would think that the entrance would have more people willing to take my money and not waste my time to pay. Staff very friendly, parade was so-so, food good, but too expensive. A shuttle to the car would be great since we are exhausted at the end of the day, and then have to make the 1/2 mile trek to the car.
