Great theme park

It smells like sewage near the Cinnabon. $25 for three cinnamon buns and three drinks was a little bit pricey. It was absolutely freezing inside the bathroom. Went to TNA wrestling and had to walk like 10 miles to get to the bathroom.

Good rides

Universal was very fun. The food was pretty good even though it was on the pricier side. Most employees were very hospitable and friendly although I met quite a few that shouldn't be working there. One overweight, black, female cashier at Richter's Burgers was extremely unfriendly. Without even talking to her, her face looked like you were being a nuisance and her job wasn't to serve you. She had an attitude while I asked her questions about the menu. She decided to ignore me and then talk to my boyfriend instead. She wouldn't let me complete my order and said "Next". I also had an unsavory experience with a younger, attractive white female with brown hair pulled up in a pony tail that worked in the Gringott's Bank roller coaster ride. A little boy swung his leg over the chain lines to take a shortcut to the staircase leading to the ride. She raised her voice at the boy and told him "That's NOT what I TOLD you to DO!". Last time I checked, it's not an employee's job to parent children let alone yell at them. I found both experiences to be very unprofessional. I'm upset that I didn't think to grab their names. Other than that, I had a very good vacation.

My company paid for the evening. It was a nice event but I didn't ride any rides or anything.

The rides need to be updated... Et and men in black especially. The food is outrageous. They make it to where families on a minimum income can barely enjoy.

Overall the experience was a positive one. I had a great time and I always do when I go there.
