Wait times posted for rides were not realistic

Overall, not a good value for the price of admission. The only real highlight of the park was the Harry Potter section. The food was good but very expensive and the grounds overall were not as clean as I'd expect and, with the exception of the Harry Potter staff, the people working there just seemed to be going thru the motions. I get that it's not Disney, but since that's who they're trying to compete with I'd expected a bit more effort.

I only went to city walk but everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

lines r too long. foods too high. we pay an ungodly amount to be here. shouldn't have to work another year just to be able to afford to feed my kids here. jus saying.

Bathrooms were gross and it's stupid that you have to pay for express passes and at Disney they are free!!!!!

It was great! But the customer service phone number was ridiculous, I was on the line for 50 minutes and no one answered my call.

It's ok, Disney is better. Didn't like many of the food choices in the larger food courts. Very hard to find any green foods. Stayed at lowes royal in the rooms they leave pizza menus under the door everyday , the pizza was awful and they charged more than they said, universal shouldn't allow outside vendors if they don't make sure it's quality food
