the food is expensive for no reason

Too expensive. Too long of waits

Very nice very good great

I visit here a lot and it is nice most of the times. However the weather has been a bit bad lately so that has brought down the experience. The parking is also pretty crazy.

Food taste and quality was great but service was slow and the overall visit was longer than I would have liked.

Very long wait times

There are not enough things for kids to do at Universal. Until our son is 37" we will spend our time and money at Disney.

It was very busy. It seemed like a lot of people chose this day to visit the parks. I only spent money on food which wasn't too bad. I had fried chicken and enjoyed it. Prices were a bit high but I guess that's the case with most theme parks. Everything costs more there.

My husband got hurt on one of the rides and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The lines were crazy, only got to see 3 haunted houses
