We had a lot of problems in the park. The staff were mostly courteous about it, but we missed out on quite a bit as a result of the issues with tickets, dining plan passes and photo connect!

Overall good experience. However, car misinformed us on express pass saying we got unlimited passes which was a lie. We got back in line for a ride we had ridden, got all the way to the end to be told we couldn't ride again. It would have been nice for them to let us on and actually explain how it works. Especially for how much we paid. Ridiculous.

Dining plan was used. Lack of activities for those who don't ride roller coasters. Hogwarts Express fantastic but otherwise blah. Too many facades where stores or activities could have been.

It was first time for me going to the Universal studio. It had two parks so I expected to go on a lot of roller coasters and scary rides but they didn't have many rides lol however I love the hunted house though
