Overall it was an alright trip. None of the hand dryers worked and Harry Potter roller coaster was closed for over half the day!

Universal was cool, but a little disappointing but still fun.

We got stuck on two separate rides. The park was small and the bathrooms were gross.

really crowded, employees moving in slow motion. they all seemed annoyed and bossy. no one smiling. far cry from Disney's amazing customer service

I won't visit there again. The place was a mess and it was so crowded!! The food was disgusting. I don't know what has happened to this place. It used to be so much better. It has definitely gone downhill.

Everything was overly priced. The lines were LONG. There was no access to free water
