Expensive food and quality is poor. Customer service is also lacking, compared to Disney.

lower food prices. revise Internet purchase to be better informative. we had ticket problems n it took 2hrs for them to fix it :(

Pretty disappointed with this place this visit. I'm a frequent visitor and so many things went wrong today. It was an experience I never wanted in the first place.

Way too many people and crazy long lines for rides. The express line made us wait even longer and the food quality was subpar.

Almost all of the rides I rode broke down. The gringotts ride broke down while I was on both times I waited 60mins for it.

Attractions kept malfunctioning and breaking down. Employees to a large percent seem friendly but incapable of dealing with ride malfunctions. I had to be evacuated off the Transformers ride. I was then given a fast pass that was unusable for the majority of park attractions. The Harry potter ride broke down, the despicable me ride broke down and the roller coaster bar at rock it rollercoaster malfunctioned as well Would be a good park if they maintained their equipment

Place was a mess. Trash all over the parking lot and looked as if it had been there for days.
