Place was ok, very busy and not able to do much

Wait times were way to long. Rides which advertised a half hour wait ended up being an hour, which made me late for a reservation. Would sit in a line for ten minutes without moving and no communication from staff about why. Was actually stuck in the hallway without moving after getting off the "elevator" on men in black, and we were packed in there like sardines for about ten minutes without moving. It was actually scary. Very disappointing.

I was not very impressed with universal. I spent extra money for the express fast pass unlimited and I still waited anywhere from 20-45 minutes. I also got to 2 park hopper pass just for Harry Potter world. That's the only thing I really loved about universal was the Harry Potter stuff. Also the park was still opened for 30 minutes and there were rides already closed and food venues already closed, that was ridiculous.

Rude employees. Terrible wait for tickets and parking.

The escalator was off, they took our water & there was no preferred parking. Not our best visit :(

Express times too long.

Harry potter world is the only good thing there

Dirty facilities. Not as good as I planned.

Lines for Halloween event were too long for the few people attending. Had to walk so much that it was not worth it

Never will go again , our tickets that were given to us were supposed to be for two days passes and two parks , however were wrong and had to wait for over 4 hours and then just paid what I had used and left.
