Parking was a total rip off. I had to pay $17 because I was there two minutes before 8:00 and I'm a Florida resident. $98 to get two people in for Horror Nights. Had to wait 11/2 hrs to 21/2 hrs for haunted houses and the food quality just plain out sucks. It's like eating a hockey puck for a burger and the fresh baked cookie just sucked. The overall experience was not worth the $150 I ended up spending. ????

They do not have the capacity needed to move lines and people like they need to for any evening event. The idea of forcing me to pay more for a fast past type item that allows me to get on the rides which is what I paid for with my admission is ridiculous. I choose Disney over Universal 9 times out of 10 because I can actually get what I paid for and have the experience that I expect with out needing to pay more money for a service created not only to bleed your customers but to combat a problem that should be dealt with on an operational level to accommodate the needs of your guests for free.

I went for horror nights. It's just not scary any more and the lines are way to long. I spent $40 in drinks and wasn't even tipsy. They need to make the drinks started. I go every years and I just gets more disappointing. I'm not sure if I'll come back next year.

Too many motion simulators... Very few rides I could ride after Krusty tried to kill me.

I was hoping it would be a lot scarier. HHN really didn't scare me and I'm upset I spent almost $100 on a ticket. I truly feel like it was a waste of money.

The rides here are great, especially if you like roller coasters. We have been coming here for years, usually had a good time, but we just recently started staying "on property". You would think that if a guest is spending extra money staying at your hotel they would be treated better. But customer service or satisfaction is not something they care about at any of the Loew's hotels. And once you are here they buckle and dime you to death by charging for every little thing. My advice is come to the parks for the rides but STAY AWAY from any of their hotels. Checked into the newest hotel and it's cute but it's huge. Spending $625 for 4 nights and the don't have bell hops to help get stuff to your room. And you have to drag your stuff through the food court to get to the elevators. Was told I was staying at the cheaper property and should not expect such amenities! I get better service when I stay at a choice hotel for a fraction of the cost!

I am an obese woman and this park is not friendly to obese people. I went on the Minions simulation ride and the lap bar crushed my insides. I was in so much pain through that ride it was not enjoyable. With more than 50 percent of the world population being obese you would think that universal would make rides that obese people can go on. Wish I could get my money back. Total waste for me only could go on three rides and one I am still in pain from.
