We were misinformed when we bought an annual pass. We were told that we would receive certain perks for buying the annual pass and after they were bought the perks were not included.

Not enough rides. Lucky I didn't pay!

I am a seasonal pass holder and misplaced my card. After waiting a long time for a new ticket I was told I had to pay. I went to guest relations and they gave it to me for free.

Save your money for Disney. Universal charges extra for fast pass. BUT DIANEY IS FREE!!! Staff are friendlier at Disney. Universal will never get another dime from me.

The Eve 204/2015 event was very disappointing, especially compared to last year. I paid for VIP tickets and did not receive VIP service. We paid regular prices for drinks that were suppose to be discounted because of the VIP tickets. The food especially the dessert were better last year. They had food listed that VIP was suppose to receive and was not at any of the VIP areas. It was not organized. The first year was way better and we paid more for this year and received less than last year. We were not able to review or purchase our pictures at all. I would not recommend anyone I know again.

Do not plan to return. This visit was over priced and I paid extra money for a fast pass only to wait 20-30 minutes to go on rides. Extremely unhappy will not return. Rip off!

Security needs to be more courteous. Better and more promo. Need more rides and resorts. Value and economy resorts. Discounts have to be better than disneys

Universal is horrific compared to Disney! If not for Harry Potter World there would be no one there ever! Staff is horrific in the entire park except for Harry potter world !!
