I really like Universal, staff is friendly, restaurants are nice... The only thing is quite expensive parking, I had to pay $17 to go to a movie- just to park my car :(

Universal is my favorite place in the world. I always have the best time when I'm there. Everything was wonderful. The rides were great and I had so much fun.

"Drew" from security did a great job in interacting with my girlfriend and I. He put us right on the Harry Potter attraction and just made our day to that point. Then we went to Mythos to eat an early dinner/late lunch and the food was amazing! I wish I could remember the name of our waitress to recognize her for her diligence in taking care of our group and adding to a great day. Well done Universal! We left happy!!
