I visited city walk and my main complaint is paying cover to pay for drinks and food. The bars were not busy so I think to entice more people cover should be reduced/eliminated. Compared to downtown Disney, I'd say city walk has a ways to go.

Omg the Harry Potter stuff is amazing. I love butter beer only excuse to the parks. must drink, lol. it non-alcholoic

Universal has A never ending supply of fun things to do. The food and drinks are highly priced but satisfying.
