My second home. Florida resident/annual pass holder and I/we try to get there as often as possible. Usually 6-8 times a year. Also love the new Cabana hotel.

If a person calls the Hard Rock Cafe and makes a reservation, they should be informed it really is not a reservation for a specific time but a place holder just in case they show up. That really is not fair to the guests in the party who think they have a reservation for a specific time.

Always a pleasure being at Universal. They're picking up they're came. But they could use a lesson or two on flowers/gardens from Busch Gardens. Needs a little more greenery. Gets a bit drab.
