Although it is expensive to come here it is always a great amount of fun!

The facility is amazing! We were super impressed with all of Harry Potter World. We did have one negative service experience with a park employee at the guest services booth in the Jurassic Park area. We were simply asking about information on the fast pass system that we had seen online, which starts for 30 dollars. We did not realize that it changes during different points in the day or at peak times. We were not rude to the young man, but said that we saw that it was starting from 30 dollars online. He rudely stated "You've got to know it's spring break, and there's no way you could get them for 30 dollars because it's peak time." We asked a few more questions and when he continued to be rude we chose not to purchase the tickets because in all honesty, we didn't want to deal with him anymore. But other than that, our whole day was perfect!! Also a suggestion would be to add seating somewhere in Diagon Alley.

Mardi Gras was going on so it was really crowded but still there were plenty of employees willing to show your where to go or help out.

Improvements could be made to help guests know where the ride entrance and exits are, but other than that I had a great time!

Favorite vacation and great place. The imagination of minds who created the parks were awesome because I love this place!
