On Universal studio website they have the time for the parade and it says 5 to 8 and actually wasn't 5 to 8 when we got there the parade was at five

banquet staff was about average however the staff for the rides where amazing. had a really amazing time will definitely be going back again and again and again. food and beverages for a theme park where average price. definitely prefer universal and island of adventure over Disney. however I am unsatisfied that universal is removing all the old rides for new rides that are pointless. the old rides where better. and rather than Harry Potter they should have made it Tolkien

Overall it was great. Loews Portofino hotel was great. Very nice and clean, very friendly staff. Food was a bit overpriced for the quality but that's expected at hotels. The restaurants at the City Walk weren't that great. But props to the staff of the park and hotel. Very great.
