Universal is great! Very clean and the staff (for the most part) is wonderful. The server we had at Finnegans, however, was very rude and dismissive. When the hostess provided erroneous information, he did nothing to try and help. I stated to the waiter that this info made me want to change my order and he just said no and walked away.
