I could write a novel really. All it takes is a couple of days and I was there for four. However, I'll try to make it short and sweet. The rides were excellent. The staff was friendly, minus a couple early morning run ins when they must not have been totally awake and seemed to have their grumpy pants on. I make light of it, yes; but, as I am higher management in the customer service field myself, I found it a little underwhelming. The food was about 80% decent and 20% horrible. The stuff is expensive, and, while I understand you have a business to run and hundreds in staff, it just doesn't taste very great. Like a $17 middle school lunch. I did, however, have a good meal in the Wizarding World at The Leaky Cauldron. All in all, I bought many souvenirs, had a good interaction with Guest Services and thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and attractions. Just a thought, you should have more shows!
