The staff was super friendly. The lines went fairly quickly. Can't wait for more rides to open up

Two sandwiches $36 that were mediocre at best. Rides were not much more than 3D at any movie theater brings anywhere in the U.S..

Improvement on the environment. Staff was friendly and the food was better than expected and so it was okay. The Harry Potter section is our favorite part of the park as it was beautifully done. I wish the rest of the park would have been replicated that way by its movie sets. Still, the park was great, the rides were fun, the staff was friendly, the environment was more family friendly than our last visit. I would say that the Freeze-Ray Smoothie made for the Despicable Me movie is not good and tastes no better than the Popsicles from an ice cream truck and is waaaay over priced for what it tastes like. You could not tell that there was any mango in it & you could taste the banana for only a second; it was just bad.

Great park but way too crowded. Went 3 days in a row and did not get on many rides due to 2 and 3 hour waits.

Good was bad and expensive except for the pizza place in universal studios they were delicious. Lines were not well maintained. Slightly (understatement) chaotic.

Really liked the park and the food. Wish there were more real rides instead of the movie rides. They make me sick but roller coasters do not.

Some of the staff were unfriendly and some people were allowed to bring bags on the Harry Potter rides but we were not

Loved the new Cabana Bay Resort! Starbucks & pizza was the best! The NBC Bar & Grill at City Walk was horrible with horrible staff.

It was so cold and the staff wasn't friendly, but the facilities are awesome

Had a great time.
