Had a great time, really enjoyed Horror Night at universal!! However they should limit the number of people. Wait times were crazy!!

It was a good trip. The concierge in the Amex lounge was quite rude and unhelpful.

Great time except for a couple rides. The Harry Potter ride in Hogsmeade and Simpsons ride both made my family very nauseous. If you would add a fan to these rides it would help so much.

The lines were too long, but the company had no control over that. it was overall a very good time!

The express pass was 2x as much as the HHNs ticket. That's ridiculous. If we didn't have it, we never would have seen all the house and 2 shows. Not even close. Very scary, as usual.
