Just stopped in for scratch off tickets and a drink

The person who rang me up had a Bluetooth in his ear and was holding a conversation as he rang me up. I had to do two transactions because he didn't understand that I wanted scratch offs as well as my drink. I don't think they should be talking on the phone for what sounded like a personal call while dealing with customers

Older female clerk was rude, and inappropriate. I have shopped at this store for long time and normally everyone is very kind. She was not!
