The location on Ross and Griffin is close to a bus transit center and has heavy traffic of both business and homeless people. The staff does a great job getting people in and out, keeping the store clean, and maintaining a friendly attitude towards all of their customers! I have not ever observed them being rude to anyone because of their social status.
