As a Kroger shopper I earn $.10/gal discount and usually pay at the pump but tonight I went inside and asked that the clerk enter my Kroger # which he said he did but the $ at the pump did not change so intent back inside and told the clerk. He came out and tried to tell me the price per gallon wasn't supposed to change because I would be getting a larger gallon for the regular price. Is this really the way it's supposed to be working now?

Meh.. This store needs work. Staff and store both need some rebuilding

This store rarely has it together in order to offer a good experience The gas ops on the west side are unusable when the bright sun darkness the pump screen so that I couldn't read it. So I drive tinthrnitjr side where it was shaded and the buttons for rewards weren't operational so it cost me $.10 more per gallon. Then if course the receipt wouldn't print. Bad 7-11
