Very nice animal sanctuary! Most of the animals were awake and active.

Loved the office staff. We really enjoyed the train ride and wish we could have gone on it several times. We were disappointed we didn't see the tigers. The exhibit was under renovation and the other tiger was in his box. The kids really wanted to see them. Overall great experience and great groupon can't wait to go back

I loved it!!!

It's a good heart organization, but some animals look so miserable (male Panther, fox, big turtles had too much mud and they didn't have any clean space, others). The cages were crowded with the items and it seemed like the animals didn't have a place to hide or run). I regret that there were no employees by the animals (feeding area): some kids were cruel and parents didn't even pay attention on their behavior.

It felt like a petting zoo rather than a zoo
