7eleven is declining in customer service and cleanliness. The bathrooms at EVERY location ive been to in the last few months without fail have urine all over the floor, enough to where i have to mop it up with paper towels or else im walking out of the bathroom with urine footprints tracking across the entire store. Theres more than that but that is just one example. I used to love 7eleven. It was the only store i went to. But now? The employees usually barely speak english and have a MAJOR attitude. So now i try to avoid 7eleven. They are losing loyal customers and that takes alot. The only reason i still go is bc of their food and drink selection.
