Casino doesn't pay at lease not to us

Could use more frequent drink service

Came to see a show and had a great time. Valet parking was complimentary. Only bad experience was with beverages purchased before the show. Worst mixed drinks we have ever had. No exaggeration.

Nice, very clean, people friendly.

We received free tickets to a concert so we decided to leave 2 1/2 hours early to go eat at the buffet upon arrival to the buffet we were told that we had a 20 to 30 minute wait we were given the remotes and we walked around the casino be played eight dollars on a machine for 30 minutes we went and got self-service soda and coffee and continue to walk around looking we check back in 40 minutes after we had gotten there to see if our table was ready we were then told that it would be another 10 minutes 15 minutes later we want back up and asked if our table was ready again we were then told another 10 minutes what we would have to wait 20 minutes went by we has to for table is ready they said just a few seconds and 10 minutes later our remote finally buzzed we went inside we serve our dishes we were getting crab legs and we had to try to open them with their bare hands it wasn't until after I chipped my tooth on an oyster shell and I told the young lady who came to serve our drinks that my hands were hurting from trying to open the crab in that I had just finished she finally offered me A tool to open my crab when we are ready to pay for the bill I went and tried to pay nowhere in the establishment was it posted that I had to have my drivers license with me to pay I had two different credit cards she said I had to have ID she try to call security on me after the horrible food the lack of customer service and making us 2 1/2 hours late to get our meal we ended up missing the first quarter of the concert never again will I ever attempt to eat at the buffet at 29 and unless I receive free tickets I will not go to another concert my appreciation for casino dining and entertainment was very spoiled
