When we needed help for our seats; I asked an employee to help me locate them. She looked at the tickets and gave me a look saying "oh you know what; you have better chance accessing your seats from that way" and pointed me to the so called direction of them. Believing her; I followed her directions. However the route she gave us was further away from where the seats where. The seats were actually no more than 15 feet away from where she was!!!! We ended going in a big circle because employee didn't want to help us yet she would walk other concert goers to their seats. & sadly; having a 13 year old who wanted to see the band; ended having her nose covered most of the time due to the severe smell of weed or cigarettes people felt the need to bring/use. Alcohol bottles were rolling all over the seats hitting us by our feet every time one would come down from the rows above

It was bad the parking was a nightmare. You are basically boxing yourself in.

We were in Q1 section. There were people sitting in our row that were not supposed to be and made the sitting down very cramped and uncomfortable. We paid for seats and could not sit because people on the end say where they were not supposed to and we heard them say "well, we'll just sit here until someone comes over" your ushers didn't verify. I love the Hollywood bowl and have been multiple times but this was just ridiculous that we were so cramped in our row and we are not big people. Very frustrating.
