Need more selection of used tires

This was the worst example of customer service I have ever had to deal with. I went in to have my 2 front tires replaced. I was told my back tires had to be moved to the front. I was denied my request. I do not understand why if I am paying for my tires, why I can not have them where I wish. This company has forever lost my business and I will pass my experience on with everyone I know!
