First time at Bally's...very organized and staff cared for any concerns while in the check in line. The check in moved rather quickly. We ate at Guy Fiere's ChopHouse and we were delighted, excellent dinner and service! Housekeeping was very good but loud walkie-talkie phones woke us up each morning...9am. We had a great fist visit!
