I received a text message including a coupon for a free big gulp. When I tried to redeem it, the cashier just kept telling me he needed a bar code. There was no bar code in the message or on the app and the cashier could not tell me how to find it. This was on the 7-11 app. The store was also a mess with water and straws all over the floor in front if the soda machine.
